Hi there! I'm Cari Collins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a desire to support individuals and families in navigating life's complexities and challenges. Beginning therapy often feels daunting due to the nature of confronting difficult emotions and the fear of being judged. I have personally been on the other side of the couch, and I aim to destigmatize therapy by normalizing the conversation around mental health. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) with a Master's degree in Social Work and am currently practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, phobias, stress, anger management, ADHD, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, medical issues, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support, spirituality, and suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors.
