I specialize in the use of EMDR and expressive arts therapies. Clients are invited to explore and resolve what is blocking progress toward self-fulfillment and inner peace. I approach therapy as a journey of self-discovery. I strive to create a respectful and non-judgmental space for healing. I believe that healing can begin when we listen to and honor the wisdom and guidance that emerges from our inner wise self.
I use a person-centered approach, tailoring treatment toward the skills, issues and needs of each individual. I specialize in treating trauma related issues, including PTSD, developmental trauma and complicated grief.
