I bring over 35 years of experience and training in a variety of evidence-based mind-body-spirit approaches. My goal is to help clients heal from trauma, change old stuck patterns, and learn new tools for managing stress and life challenges in order to move forward and allow their personal and spiritual growth to unfold more freely.
Drawing from both East and West, the therapeutic approaches I use include CBT, mindfulness, guided imagery, meditation, breath work and other relaxation tools, yoga therapy, and Energy Psychology modalities such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/ "Tapping") and "Cutting Ties That Bind." I also offer coaching for more balanced, healthy living.
The therapy I provide is individualized. The goals are determined by you, and together we decide which therapeutic approaches best fit with your individual needs, strengths and goals. As you replace the old patterns that kept you stuck, your inner wisdom and guidance begin to unfold and lead you more freely on the path of living as your own true Self.
