About
Positive change is always possible. If you are in a crisis due to a loss, a transition, or if a relationship is not working, therapy can help. I can provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help you work on resolving your crisis and to develop insight to help improve your relationship. I am interested in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety and depression, including post-partum depression, I also have worked extensively with clients experiencing grief and loss, divorce, and other relationship issues.
My experience includes 20+ years at Children's Hospital working with children with a chronic illness and their parents to help them develop parenting skills. I work with children and adults who are diagnosed with trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am interested in assisting children and adults with grief and loss, divorce and remarriage.
I am working with individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as other modalities.
