I work with all age groups, from children to adults. I help adults and teens with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I use futuristic planning and goal setting to address challenges you are currently facing. I believe in using strengths the individual already possesses and working as a team to assist an individual in reaching their therapeutic goals. I only see kids in person. I will see teens and adults online.
I enjoy working with children with ADHD or behavior problems to help them learn skills that they can benefit from in school and in life. I also help children navigate their behavior and feelings through play therapy and skill building. I enjoy using activities and games to teach coping skills.
