I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are healing from depression, complex PTSD, anxiety, life-adjustment issues, grief and interpersonal difficulties, Although I work with all issues, some specialties are relationship issues, narcissistic and relational abuse, and trauma. I have specialized training and several years experience working with addiction in treatment centers and helping families of addicts.
Healing trauma and self limiting behavioral patterns is a specialty which goes beyond regular talk therapy. I use an integrative combination of brain and body-based methods including Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Hypnotherapy.
I know finding a therapist is hard. I am down to earth and promise to offer a safe and supportive space for self exploration and healing. My hope is to help you identify unhelpful patterns, ways of thinking, and your access strengths and facilitate healing so you can make a better life.
