I work with a variety of clients who are struggling with life challenges and mental health concerns. Examples include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD and more. It is also an honor for me to be able to process trauma with individuals using various techniques to heal some of those wounds you have had recently or perhaps all your life, especially veterans. Similarly, the journey of grief is different for everyone so walking with people or families through grief is a strength of mine. I am familiar with learning differences, standardized testing, and other school issues are also challenges I am ready to help you face.
I value working with a wide age range of individuals, in a culturally and spiritually diverse environment. I welcome those who have been through trauma, transition and other challenges with topics such as anxiety, depression, divorce, and adoption. I am always expanding the spiritual aspect of my practice. I see ages and stages from 6-65.
As a professional, consultant and collaborator I have been a teacher, special education advocate, supervisor and clinician. I work with a wide range of individuals to find ways to express what they feel inside; to find a voice. Our own uniqueness should be honored and understood. One of my specialties is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR.
