About
Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Have you lost hope that there are answers for your problem and you want to give up? As a licensed mental health counselor, my desire is to utilize tools to help you confront your fear, reduce your anxiety, and manage your depression. You can break free from the chains that hold you back. You can start afresh and you can build a new life! My desire is to encourage you to continue your faith journey to promote long-term healing and growth.
I have special concern for those struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, and codependency. I also enjoy working with families, sexual issues, career loss, middle age concerns, singles' issues, relationship issues, grief, and anxiety. I work with families and individuals seeking long-term healing and change.
My "Love Knots" program for couples is a series of intensive counseling session. Through a combination of joint and individual sessions, I work with each couple to design a treatment plan consistent with their goals & tailored to their specific needs. This is not a group program; you receive personal attention.
