I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Maryland, DC and Virginia with over 10 years of experience working in community mental health. I have a lifelong commitment to learning and have pursued further specialized training in trauma therapy, health coaching, as well as mind-body applications in counseling. I have worked with adult individuals in community mental health to help them overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am passionate about helping others reach their potential and live their best life. I believe true healing is based on a whole-person approach and will work to empower and meet my clients where they are.
My approach to therapy is that it can help us get to know ourselves in a deeper way, confront and resolve difficult things in our past and develop resiliency for the future.
