Throughout our life span we will encounter different challenges, transitions, and stresses. Most of them we will be able to navigate with the skills and wisdom we’ve learned or developed during our life. Sometimes, however, we encounter situations we don’t feel prepared for or have difficulty coping with. Or sometimes we have been carrying the same anxieties, the same feelings of unhappiness, the same discontents around for a long time and we are just ready to let them go.
I have been a counselor for 48 years, which has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of people struggling with a wide variety of issues. It has also given me the chance to learn a wide range of techniques, philosophies, and approaches to helping people. I know one size does not fit all, so I adapt my skills to your needs.
