As a collaborative therapist, my focus is on meeting the client where they are and helping them identify goals in treatment that will allow them to achieve optimum functioning in their lives. I have had experience in a variety of treatment settings which allows me to work with clients presenting with an array of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, substance abuse, Trauma and PTSD, life transitions, existential crisis, exploring spirituality, grief and loss, low self-image, and health concerns. I also enjoy working with individuals looking to find meaning and a sense of connection in their lives.
I'm the owner of Richmond Restorative Therapy, an eclectic group practice providing outpatient mental health care to individuals and families in the Greater Richmond area. Our clinicians see clients ages 8 and up and specialize in a variety of treatment approaches tailored to their client's needs.
We are trained in various therapeutic interventions including CBT, TFCBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, are LGBTQIA+ affirming, and are Trauma Informed. I also provide Clinical Supervision for individuals looking to gain LCSW licensure and offer Reiki as a self-pay service.
