I understand that life can be tough, and asking for help isn’t always easy. But taking that first step is a sign of strength, and I’m ready to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you effectively navigate life, including daily self-care plans for your short-term well-being and big-picture skills for long-term quality of life improvement. Healing from your past, anxiety, and/or depression doesn't just happen with the snap of your fingers. We may have to do some hard work at times. We may rollercoaster through several emotions in the space of an hour. We'll also laugh a lot too. I promise.

If you’re looking for guidance, encouragement, and some gentle nudges along the way to a happier, more balanced life, you’ve come to the right place. Whether through talk therapy or EMDR, you don’t have to do this alone. If you need to talk, laugh, or cry, I am here for you.

We don't have to be fancy or formal here. Bring your coffee and wear your comfy clothes. We will be meeting via telehealth, so please introduce me to your pets and your favorite plant. We'll laugh, we'll cry, and we'll work together to help you be the therapist you want to be. So kick off your shoes (because I probably will), and let's get started.
