I have also helped adults who have experienced childhood trauma, complex family dynamics, estranged family and relationships, and people struggling to cope with their ADHD.
I help people learn who they are and what they need so they can create the life they've always wanted by learning what they need to succeed.
As a grateful mother who endured the IVF process, I am drawn to help women navigate the multitude of emotions involved with trying to conceive.
Helping new mothers who are struggling with one of the biggest transitions in life is also a passion of mine.
