About
As a certified Internal Family Systems Therapist, it is my passion to work creatively with individuals, couples, families and groups using Internal Family Systems, experiential therapy, Gottman Couples therapy or others based on my clients needs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition, I am a licensed supervisor for LMFT and LCMHC in North and South Carolina. While I have a Judeo-Christian worldview, I respect people of all beliefs and do not impose mine on my clients.
I have experience in substance abuse treatment as well as experiential group therapy. I work with individuals, couples and families with a special interest in addiction, trauma and other struggles that block people from living life with passion and authenticity. I enjoy using creative and expressive forms of therapy along with traditional models.
I am grateful to have had specialized training in Internal Family Systems, experiential group therapy, psychodrama, trauma & Gottman Couples therapy. These training experiences provide me with a variety of tools and methods to address your concerns. As a certified IFS therapist, I offer training groups in IFS & experiential models of therapy.
