I feel aligned with teens, adults, couples, and LGBTQ individuals working through big life changes, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, medical conditions, and relationship issues. I have a background as a first responder, helping people navigate traumatic situations. Those I work with may need support with feelings of overwhelm, isolation, and exhaustion, as well as with balancing their busy lives with self-care. I offer a calm, warm, and supportive environment where we can explore ways to validate you.
My approach to therapy is Solution-Focused and Person-Centered, utilizing CBT to foster personal growth and self-awareness while balancing mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I want to help you to connect with yourself and build resilience.
