About
One of the hardest things a parent can experience is watching his or her child struggle with difficult emotions and relationships. If you find your child is increasingly sad, overwhelmed, frustrated, worried or angry, you are not alone. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, parents and adults in both education and counseling. I use play therapy for children between the ages of 3 and 12 as a powerful tool for processing cognitive, behavioral and emotional challenges. I also work with parents to provide creative parenting strategies, connection and support.
I believe in the resilience of all people when given a supportive environment and the right tools. I work to foster a sense of self worth and confidence in your ability to manage thoughts and feelings that have become unmanageable. I offer a caring, non-judgmental space and support throughout the process.
If you are looking for someone with experience and a passion for working with children and families, I invite you to call for a free phone consultation.
