I work with a wide range of issues specializing in depression, anxiety, self esteem, life transitions and couples therapy. My style is collaborative, respectful,caring and engaged. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment in which to explore your self & relationships. I will work to help you break through old patterns, build interpersonal skills, manage emotions, and feel more connected to yourself and others.
I have specialized training in working with couples, complex trauma and post partum depression. My background also includes work experience in chemical dependency and related issues.
I provide both long and short term counseling, depending upon the needs and resources of each individual. We will work together to ensure that the therapy process meets your particular needs. I look forward to talking with you.
