Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained can make daily life feel unmanageable — especially when emotions feel intense or past experiences continue to show up in the present. I work with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support are looking for steadiness and clarity, not just insight, and benefit from therapy that offers structure, practical tools, and compassionate understanding. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down and feel understood.

I have particular experience supporting teens and adults who struggle with emotion regulation, neurodivergence, and feeling overwhelmed by stress, trauma, or life pressures. I also work with clients navigating eating-related concerns and those who benefit from DBT-informed structure and practical coping skills.
