I work with clients who are struggling to cope with issues related to life transitions, addictions, eating disorders, body image, trauma, caregiving and other life demands. Psychotherapy is a deeply personal experience that can be alternately challenging, rewarding and hopeful. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere for those who wish to find balance in their lives through and beyond times of crisis or transition.
I served for 15 years as the Family Day facilitator at McCallum Place, an intensive eating disorders program in St. Louis. Additionally, I supervise graduate students and newly licensed therapists and served as guest lecturer for the Washington University School of Medicine Physical Therapy Department.
