I have been providing therapy for thirty years. I utilize a number of different treatment approaches depending on what will be most beneficial to you. I specialize and especially enjoy working with people struggling with challenges related to having ADHD, PTSD, chronic anxiety and challenges related to growing up in dysfunctional families.
You may be like so many who find it really difficult to ask for help. It may feel like a weakness to need help. However, every human being has a need for other people and for help from time to time.
