I do not believe there is one single type of therapy that works for everyone, so I utilize diverse treatment techniques including Gestalt therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Effective Freedom Technique. One of my unique practice areas is my work with foster and adoptive families.
