If anxiety, worry, depression, are interfering with your life, or if this adulting thing is just too weird, there's a good chance I can help. I've been walking alongside teens and young adults for quite a while now - in all kinds of settings. What I have come to know with certainty is that with safe space and authentic connection, we can each thrive. The path you seek is out there. I'd like to help you find the way to light it up.
My role is to serve and support you on your journey. We'll start with what resonates for you. I provide safe space. I listen well. I don't judge. I speak my truth. I am authentic. I am trustworthy. My own life path hasn't been all that straight. I'm happy to share the things I've discovered along the way if you're interested.
