About
Therapy is a process, a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. After 20 years of experience with adults, children and adolescents, success in therapy comes from the client's relationship with the therapist, along with the client's involvement in the process. We can work together to bring the change you are hoping for.
My specialties are helping clients work through issues such as relationship difficulties, depression, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, failure to launch, behavioral issues and helping to facilitate changing of patterns.
I work with all ages providing age-appropriate therapy based on client-centered, family systems, developmental, cognitive and behavioral theories. I provide individual, couples and family work based upon the client's necessary modality. I also provide clinical supervision to interns based in non-profits and in private practice.
