I am an integrated and mindfulness oriented therapist who incorporates a wide range of therapeutic methods to assist people in achieving the life they want. I assist people struggling with relationships, transition, grief, anxiety, depression,and family conflict. My approach is collaborative, using intuitive knowledge along with cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy, brief therapy, positive and transpersonal psychology. Whatever the issue, we will work together to strengthen your resources, both inner and outer. We will work to give you a sense of empowerment and clarity in the midst of your struggle.
I believe in the clarity possible that comes out of confusion. My intention is to assist you in changing behavioral patterns and allow you to feel the transformation of the therapeutic shifts. Working together, we will create change that is lasting and allows you to access your own inner strength.
I have worked as an RN in the fields of Oncology, Hospice, Midwifery, and Neurology. I also worked in the field of mindfulness at The Chopra Center for Well-Being, working alongside Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon. My goal is to assist you in making beneficial choices that support your well-being.
