I specialize in helping individuals experiencing emotional difficulties or difficulties in their relationships look at ways they may be damaging their own self esteem or engaging in destructive patterns in their relationships that keep them from getting their emotional needs met.
My specialties are individual,couples, family and group psychotherapy. I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist, Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. I am currently a Group Foundation Board Member, past AGPA Secretary, and past President Houston Group Psychotherapy Society.
I maintain three ongoing long term adult groups a week, one of which is a group for senior women over the age of 65. I supervise Residents at Baylor College of Medicine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor and a Certified Group Psychotherapy Supervisor.
