Therapy aims to increase personal insight, self-awareness and self-compassion. Self-discovery and healing are at the heart of every therapeutic relationship.
Additionally, I am trauma-informed, specializing in complex post-traumatic stress issues (C-PTSD). The counseling experience will be a guided process whereby I take an active part in providing direct, insight-oriented feedback to you.
