My focus is to come along side those who are hurting. I see each person as a miracle in the making. Focusing on the four dimensions of life - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, I strive to help each client find balance. I desire to be a journey mate and problem solver. Using faith-based insight and a variety of effective counseling skills, I help my clients as they work to reach their full potential.
Areas of interest that I have include helping clients deal with depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, grief, abuse, women's issues, spirituality, and relationships. I help my clients see their situations from a different perspective and provide healthy ways to cope. My goal is to "work myself out of a job" by giving my clients the tools that are helpful.
I bring a Christian worldview into my practice. My goal is to help my clients find hope and healing. I continue to grow personally because I can only take my clients as far as I have gone myself.
