Therapy can assist us in righting our path and bridging healthy connectedness to ourselves and to others, wherever we are in our personal or professional lives. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting and engaging. It is goal oriented with both a soft and hard focus on the communicated message and the underlying message. I care deeply and believe strongly that the gift of treatment is mastering "the best one can achieve" while continuing to evolve.
My approach for individuals and families is holistic and eclectic, weaving a tapestry of integrative, psychodynamic and expressive therapies, tailored to each person and situation. Modalities include NLP; EFT; EMDR; IFS; CBT; with relationship, narrative, existential and solution-focused therapies. I offer supervision to Master's level interns and practitioners.
