As your therapist, I’ve agreed to meet you where you are. I won’t force or tell you what to do, but I’ll be there for you, walking beside you. I’ll be present and create a safe space for you to share whatever feels comfortable. Remember, therapy is an investment in yourself, your future, and your loved ones. I’m committed to helping you get to the root of your problems, overcome challenges, and make positive changes. Life is short, and the quality of your life matters. I am bilingual and offer private-pay sessions.
I take a full circle approach that takes a look at these 7 dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental. financial and spiritual. I have experience in these areas: trauma, infidelity, anger, abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use. Family, individual, men, women, and children/teens.
I see children ages 3-17 in person and take most insurances. I utilize play therapy and work with a team to help provide a collaborative approach with medication management and assessment services. For these services I am available 8am to 5pm in person.
