I take a full circle approach that takes a look at these 7 dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental. financial and spiritual. I have experience in these areas: trauma, infidelity, anger, abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use. Family, individual, men, women, and children/teens.
At this time, I counsel couples, men, and women. I also see children ages 3-17 in person and take most insurances. I utilize play therapy and work with a team to help provide a collaborative approach with medication management and assessment services. For these services, I am available in person from 8am to 5pm.
