My name is Carmenlita Sayles, owner of Sayles Therapy, LLC. I am pleased to offer licensed professional and addictions counselor services. I provide individual and family therapy, as well as group therapy. My clinical framework is based upon a strengths perspective, looking at the whole person (humanistic). I consider it an honor to be able to partner with clients on their journey to more fulfilling personal, social, and emotional life experiences.
I have more than 25 years of clinical practice experience focusing on adolescents (13+) and adults (18-60). I have extensive experience in areas of: substance use disorders, trauma (physical/emotional/sexual), depression, anxiety, adolescent development, oppositional behaviors, and ADHD.
I value and believe in the process of therapy. It takes great strength and courage to seek support. I consider it a great honor, each time I'm invited to join clients on their journey to wholeness and fulfillment.
