My goal is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where individuals feel safe to explore their past, build new insights and develop healthier ways of understanding and responding to their experiences. I incorporate mindfulness-based practices that aid in finding balance and ease, as desired.
My previous professional experiences inform my passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges that come from balancing work, identity and personal/family life at all stages of life. I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages.
