Hello, My name is Carmen Siordia. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is based in Salinas, California. I see clients statewide via telehealth or in person at my office. I believe everyone has the potential to create the life they deserve. I am passionate about helping others work through their difficulties, gain a greater understanding of themselves and find meaning in their life experiences. I work with adults, couples, and teens. I have experience in working with various mental health issues including Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and difficulties related to trauma history, grief, substance abuse, and relationship problems. Often individuals I work with struggle with feelings of hopelessness, being overwhelmed, or being stuck in a situation.
Through my personal life experiences, I have learned that sometimes we can face problems that are too difficult to work through on our own. I became a therapist because I wanted to help others not only work through difficulties but also explore ways to find meaning and growth from the challenges they've experienced.
