My goal is to create a safe space and help clients find ways managing their anxiety/depression and making changes improving their self-esteem to be the best version of themselves. I enjoy working side by side with my clients in their own process through finding meaning in life and helping clients to gain a sense of life purpose. I will support clients to define problems and create goals by giving them tasks outside of therapy. I will review clients’ accomplishments on each task, provide corrective feedback with congratulatory remarks for taking the leap making positive changes in their lives.
I have a diverse background in helping others. From case management, individual therapy, group therapy, and working with various populations: mental health and people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH). My primary work is with women.
