I am a Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in trauma. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can discuss and resolve your concerns. I am exceptionally well-trained and experienced in treating people who have difficulties stemming from traumatic events such as childhood maltreatment, sexual abuse, accidents, assaults, and more. Treatment methods are individualized and vary depending on the particular issues. My ideal client is interested in learning, growing, motivated, and prepared to engage in the challenging work of psychotherapy. I also love helping couples strengthen their relationship.
I have more than fifteen years of experience as a psychotherapist and have worked with people in diverse settings including outpatient clinics as well as a long-term correctional institution. I have successfully helped many clients recover from significant traumas and have helped couples strengthen their relationships, connections, and commitments.
My office is quiet and comfortable. I respect your time and busy schedule, so you will start your visit on-time. We begin with a comprehensive assessment. Evening and Online Video hours are available for established clients on occasion as needed.
