We all have behaviors and beliefs that stem from our early years, and we often remain stuck in those unconscious patterns in our adult lives. Whether processing grief and trauma, building more satisfying partner intimacy, communicating better with family, lovers, or peers, or learning to be grounded and empowered in your true Self, I'm committed to helping you identify and commit to changes you'd like to make in your life and in your relationships. I also welcome the challenge of helping couples learn to really listen and be heard as separate individuals, and then collaborate on a shared vision that works for both (or all) parties.

With my extensive education and training in sexuality and gender expression, I take an affirming, nonjudgemental approach to support you in living and expressing your true Self, both alone and in your relationships.
As a first-generation American, I grew up with my cultural feet on two continents, and I understand how intergenerational trauma, history, and attachment play into our current relationships. Having lived, traveled, worked elsewhere, the diversity and expression of cultures, languages, and politics have helped shape and broaden my world view and perspective.
