I am a licensed psychologist with experience working with adult individuals, providing psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, such as: mood concerns, women's issues, self-esteem, relationships, career/work stress. I specialize in grief/loss and feel passionate about the challenges inherent in all forms of transition, adjustment to change, and how that impacts a person's evolution. I believe in the power of growth from experiences of pain and struggle as well as the importance of engaging mindfully in becoming the person you seek to be.
I am curious, interested, and engaged in aspects of identity including, but not limited to, religious affiliation, cultural identifications, sexual orientation, age, experience, and histories. I approach my work from multiple perspectives including humanistic, existential, mindfulness, & relational.
I keep daytime weekdays and limited evening hours. I accept credit/debit/benefits cards. I accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United, and Medicare but am able to provide a superbill if you wish to use your out-of-network benefits for visits. I am fluent in English only.
