Note: (I don't currently have availability, but please feel free to reach out to be added to my waiting list, and check out my group options!) I believe that providing a collaborative, calm, non-judgmental, and empathic environment is key to encouraging healing and growth. My aim is to help guide clients through choices that move them toward living a more valued life. Having worked in the advertising & marketing fields for many years, I'm intimately familiar with the fast-paced and performance-demanding environment that many of us are faced with in modern society and strive to find ways to bring a sense of calm to everyday life.

I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, solution-focused and mindfulness-informed approaches to best meet a client’s unique individual needs and goals.
Coming from a multicultural background myself, I practice through a lens of multicultural competence. I believe that mental health is influenced by broader social contexts and consider a client's culture, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, age, disabilities, and spirituality as having a major impact on their level of well-being.

Women with Late Diagnosed ADHD Support Group

This is an ongoing process group for women who have been formally diagnosed with ADHD later in life (25+). This group is for women who have developed skills to cope with ADHD, and are looking for a safe space to process their experiences and relate to others in more effective ways. In working on honest communication and vulnerability within the group, you will grow your ability to share your true self outside of the group. A two-month commitment to begin with is necessary to give the group an opportunity to build trust, safety, and vulnerability together.
