I provide a safe place to support my clients with a non-judgmental approach and assist them understand their troubles and find resolution to their suffering. I am a solution focused therapist (future-focused and goal oriented) who enjoys and concentrates in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered approach.
I wear many hats in my busy and rewarding life. I am a mother, a therapist, a community aid, a veteran, a sister, a daughter, and a social worker at heart. I can honestly say I am living my preferred life and I enjoy helping others get there. I am passionate about what I do and who I am, I am creative, and full of energy.
I work and specialize in bringing healing to people suffering from, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relational/marital stress, family issues, life transitions, and addiction.
