I am a Navy Veteran that likes working with other Veterans. My experience and dedication include working with families, children, couples, and adults of all backgrounds, as well as individuals with legal ties, addictions, and veterans with trauma.
I wear many hats in my busy and rewarding life. I am a mother, a therapist, a community aid, a veteran, a sister, a daughter, and a social worker at heart. I can honestly say I am living my preferred life and I enjoy helping others get there. I am passionate about what I do and who I am, I am creative, and full of energy.
I work and specialize in bringing healing to people suffering from, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relational/marital stress, family issues, life transitions, and addiction.
