I work with individuals and couples in Louisville and throughout Kentucky and Indiana who want to grow, strengthen their relationships, or navigate important life transitions with clarity. With over 30 years of clinical experience, I provide evidence-based therapy to address anxiety and depression, improve communication, rebuild trust after betrayal, and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy is thoughtful and practical, with the goal of helping you experience real and lasting change.
Many of my clients have been in therapy before but felt that insight alone did not lead to lasting change. My approach combines evidence-based methods with practical application so that growth translates into daily life. For couples, this may include structured intensives for infidelity recovery or focused, time-limited work to improve communication.
I am Gottman Level 3 trained and integrate CBT, attachment therapy, and somatic and neuroscience-informed care. I offer faith-informed counseling, drawing on 17 years in the counseling ministry of Southeast Christian Church. I offer in-person services in Louisville and Telehealth in Kentucky and Indiana.
