Sometimes we encounter challenges that exceed our limits and could lead us to experience distress. I consider myself a generalist and enjoy working with a variety of different concerns. I’m particularly passionate about working with folks who need support with ADHD, neurodiversity, OCD, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, body-focused repetitive behaviors, perinatal care, and sleep issues. I'm also particularly drawn to communication and relational issues and well-versed in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I want to walk with you through these challenges and support you in your healing process.
I believe empathy, compassion, and a strong therapeutic relationship are key to feeling comfortable exploring deep areas in your life. My priority is to provide a safe and confidential environment. I enjoy working with people who are open and motivated to actively participate in therapy and enjoy providing services to both English and Spanish speakers.
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds. In addition, I’m a Hispanic woman; this makes me feel connected with minority groups who I love working with.
