About
Are you constantly feeling frustrated and overwhelmed? Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships? I would like to help you achieve a sense of peace and connection so that you can lead a satisfying and meaningful life. I work in a compassionate manner by listening to you and focusing on the issues you want to work on. I use evidenced based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to bring you relief from difficult feelings and thoughts that accompany depression and anxiety.
I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression and Adult ADHD and people that feel like they have ADHD. In addition I have a special interest in working with couples, doing pre-marital counseling, couples counseling, and divorce counseling; I enjoy working with cross-cultural and interfaith couples.
In addition to the services described above, I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol, engineered music that helps with stress, connection to self and others, focus, the ability to recover from challenging situations and, sound sensitivities.
