I am a wife and mother, trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, who understands firsthand the benefits (and, yes, even the struggles!) that stem from relationships and life. I believe that compassion and creating a safe space for all to feel heard and respected are essential for the therapeutic path towards satisfying relationships and mental wellness. My primary method is using an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to help develop and nurture healthy styles of attachment that allow people to thrive. I also use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to meet specific needs that vary from one situation to another.
I can provide services in English and Spanish. And I have a heart for the military community because of my own military background. More importantly, I am a Christ follower with a desire to walk alongside and offer support to people burdened by overwhelming difficulties that seem never ending.
