I, and my therapy dog Moses love working with adolescents/teens, emerging adults and seniors! We use an integrative approach and specialize in trauma, mood/emotion regulation, anxiety, workplace stress and relationship issues which include boundaries, communication, identity, etc. We challenge, validate and embolden clients to be their best authentic selves.
My focus is on your overall mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I am excited for the opportunity to join you on your journey to self-discovery and wellness. Join us to explore your purpose, discover passions, heal past wounds, and embrace your identity through real-life conversations in a supportive group setting! This 8-week support group is designed to help young adult women learn what does purpose look like for their lives in real life conversations, discovering their passions, healing from the past, and embracing their identity. We encourage the participate to focus on overall wellness in preparation to be their best single and partnered selves. Key topics will include Healthy relationships, Healthy communication, emotional awareness and regulation, and creating healthy boundaries.
