Hello. My name is Carmen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their unique therapeutic journey. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and fostering a safe and empowering environment for personal growth and healing. I believe that each individual's therapeutic journey is unique. I utilize diverse theoretical techniques, including Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment Therapy, CBT, and Client-Centered Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to effectively support my clients in achieving their personal goals and fostering meaningful progress.
I primarily work with women and feel most comfortable supporting them through various challenges. My experience includes conditions such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I also assist clients in setting career goals, developing effective time management strategies, and managing stress.
Currently, I work with women living with HIV/AIDS. My goal is to empower women to navigate their unique experiences and find courage, strength, and resilience.
