Welcome to my profile page. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). Many come to therapy experiencing anxiety that feels constant and exhausting—racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that something bad might happen. In our sessions, I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Using practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, we’ll work together to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I’ll guide you in learning skills to manage anxiety.
Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more in control, and more hopeful. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you may notice yourself responding to stress with greater clarity and confidence. The Resilient Mind Group is a six-week, ongoing class focused on building a stronger, more flexible mindset using CBT principles. Each week, participants gain practical tools to reframe negative thoughts, manage emotions, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I share insights, strategies, in a supportive, welcoming space designed for growth. This group is ideal for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, or anyone seeking personal development. Sessions are held via Zoom on Thursdays at 9:00-9:30 PM CST.
