Welcome to my profile page. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing anxiety that feels constant and exhausting—racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that something bad might happen. Others are navigating depression, where motivation is low, joy feels distant, and even simple daily tasks can feel heavy. In our sessions, I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Using practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, we’ll work together to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I’ll guide you in learning skills to manage anxiety, depression or trauma symptoms.
Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more in control, and more hopeful. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you may notice yourself responding to stress with greater clarity and confidence.
