As changes and transitions happen, sometimes unexpectedly, we do the best we can to manage those interruptions when they occur. I would like to help each individual, couple, and family achieve the level of change they believe is necessary to improve, not only individually, but as they relate to others. I believe that sometimes we can become "stuck" during challenges and transitions, which may cause discomfort, but we possess the resiliency to move forward to live the life we desire.
I received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014. With a background in Systemic Family Therapy, I view issues that are identified by clients in relation to each client's environment and those who are around them. I help clients identify problems that are occurring and desired solutions.
Each client's level of engagement contributes to the benefits they may receive from therapeutic services. The first step to receiving help may be difficult, but we are all learning how to navigate through difficulties one day at a time. I am here to assist as we work together step-by-step.
