I blend 25 years of years of experience and training with psychodynamic, somatic (mind/body integration), gestalt and the expressive arts, to work with individuals, couples and families and specialize in relationships, anxiety disorders, addiction, life/career transitions, PTSD and developmental trauma.My training in Somatic Experiencing enables me to address trauma at its bodily source -an inside out approach that cognitive approaches can’t access. My belief in our human drive for wholeness extends to my extensive work with individuals and families impacted by addiction, a fundamental disconnect of mind, body and spirit.
