Progress is a professional passion of mine. I listen to you and help you discover your own solutions that will feel right to you. Practicing for almost 20 years, I use little 'therapy-speak,' but rather use my experience and training to have conversational style psychotherapy sessions in which we work to move forward in the direction you need to go. I bring a holistic approach to both individual & couples therapy where I draw on Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt & Jungian, Trauma-focused, and Addictions therapies to create a safe space for growth.
I am originally from Wanamaker, IN and received my graduate degree from Ball State University. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, practicing in Central Indiana for many years, I believe people bring their own set of unique experiences, beliefs, values, and strengths to each session.
