Through the therapeutic process, you'll be better able to access your inner strengths to create a calmer, happier, and more fulfilling life. In addition to working with those experiencing stress, anxiety, and undergoing life changes, I do a lot of work with those experiencing perinatal mental health concerns. Together, we can reduce anxiety and stress, improve coping skills, explore options, and enhance overall well-being. My aim is to create a warm and welcoming space to discover and change unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, identify unmet needs, and foster more meaningful relationships.
Most importantly, I deeply value developing a therapeutic relationship that results in you feeling seen and understood, and that helps you achieve greater emotional health.
