I am trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). With a strong background in Addictions. I specialize in co-occurring disorders specifically depression, anxiety, trauma & grief.

Groups
Relapse Prevention Intensive
If you have failed attempts with traditional substance abuse treatment or you can get clean but can not stay clean or you are right out of treatment and need more support then this is the group to join. This is a 8 wk. open group with a maximum of 10 participants. You will go deeper into the issues that prevent you from being successful in your recovery. You will learn more about yourself, your needs and how to get them met without the use of drugs and the negative maladaptive behaviors that create more problems in your life.
